Big Boy Roadside Assistance was founded by Jakale Freeman and Jeremy Lacefield in Louisville, KY. working in the trucking industry, Freeman and Lacefield found themselves in an emergency circumstance where they were at the mercy of roadside assistance companies that took far too long and charged exorbitant fees. The thought of how many other truckers were in the same situation sparked the desire to help.

Big Boy Roadside Assistance is much more than just a towing company. We also provide tire changing, flat repairs, battery jumping, delivery of fuel or parts, light maintenance, tow services in addition to future truck repair services within a reasonable time frame at an affordable price.
